His friend and fellow rider Rob knew this and scored him an interview with his boss at Team Powersports in Garner, N.C., in 1995. When he wasn’t playing paintball (and winning a national championship along the way), he was working his way up through multiple positions in dealerships, including being F&I manager and GSM. He’s been in consulting since 2006 and has visited dealerships in nearly every state, as well as in Canada. In his off time, he likes to spend time with his wife, four kids, hairless cat and lizard; keep up with MotoGP and Formula One and rugby (go Springboks!), and travel.

Emily is a Texas native who grew up in the motorcycle dealership that her grandfather started in 1971. Her childhood was spent riding dirt bikes and playing hide and go seek on the showroom floor while her dad worked upstairs in his office. At the age of 12 she began ‘working’ for her father delivering the mail to the department managers. Throughout high school and college Emily continued to work for her father on and off before joining the team as General Manager in 2013. She has worked in all departments but her specialty is focusing on the overall procedures and processes that run the business and how they affect the numbers. She also loves planning events and marketing campaigns. When she’s not working Emily can be found on a beach or in the Hill Country. She loves offshore fishing, hunting, camping, off road UTV riding, and just being outdoors in general.

She helped migrate members from hand written and faxed data entry to uploading the data. Sharon really enjoys talking with members about their numbers.  On her time off she likes to go for walks and spend time bicycling and hiking with her husband, Nathan.  She also loves animals.

I live in Denver, Colorado with my beautiful wife Mary and handsome hunting dog Tonka. My love for motorcycles came at an early age dirt biking at 10 years old.  My passion for motorcycles continued to grow from there, taking me on three 1,000 mile trips over Baja, dozens of snowmobile excursions in the Colorado back county and my first Harley Street Bob at 21.  Mary, Tonka and I enjoy everything in the outdoors. My primary focus is dealership training with an emphasis on process and leadership.  I enjoy getting the most out of our dealers and processes to ultimately provide the tools in maintaining relationships for life.

Matt is a Colorado native, with his father's side going back to the early 1900's.  Spending time around his 3 brothers, Matt naturally developed a competitive nature. Between football, swimming, soccer.... or about every sport for that matter, a lot of time was spent playing sports or involved in some form of competition. Late in his elementary school years, his parents got involved in vintage car racing with a 1960 Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite. It was out at the track where a friend brought a dirt bike that Matt first learned to ride. Just like almost everyone else in the industry, it was the dirt bike that hooked him in. At 21, Matt started working at a Harley-Davidson, Honda, Polaris, Yamaha dealership during college. He spend 8 years at the dealership through sales, assistant sales manager and finance. Matt worked with a number of the current Garage Composite trainers as the dealership regularly hired them out to raise the level of the staff. Matt joined up officially with Garage Composites a little over a year ago, focused mainly on F&I in dealership training and workshops. Set to get married in April 2017, Matt and his Fiance, Brenna live in Henderson, CO, just north east of Denver. They run a real estate business and are active in the fitness community.
