Sam Dantzler

President

Sam’s affinity for boating came naturally while growing up on a lake in rural Florida. As an avid skier/wake boarder, he also worked in a dive shop for years through high school and early college. He fell in love with both motorcycles and bicycles through college and beyond, and continues to partake in all aspects of each of these passions.  More importantly, he shares all of these passions with his wife and kid, frequently taking his daughter to school in a Ural Sidecar.

Sam does his best to balance these passions of family and fun with a significant travel schedule, delivering keynote speeches and workshops to retailers throughout the country in all three arenas of marine, powersports, and the bicycle industries.  As well as moderating 20-Clubs, Sam is also a lead trainer with the General Manager and Sales Managers Management Training Academies.

Glo Cuiffi

Chief Operating Officer

Glorita "Glo" Cuiffi grew up in Pittsburgh (for those of you in the know, she is NOT a Yinzer). Glo moved to Florida after graduating from Penn State and started working at Fort Myers Harley-Davidson (with Scott Fischer Enterprises) in hospitality. She ended up working with SFE for 17 years and was able to move her way up the ranks by being a student of the business, eventually becoming the COO.

After moving back to Pittsburgh in 2018, Glo connected with Sam and Tony about using her experience to work with other dealers. They gave her a shot as a moderator, and she found that she loves being on the other side of the 20 Club table working with dealers on how to maximize opportunity.

When she is not working, she can be found hanging out with her husband Joe and her Cat Bros, Benji and Bean, and their sister - Betty Boop. Joe does some road racing, so you can find Glo as his “pit crew” most summer weekends in the Pittsburgh area. Otherwise, Glo can be found with her head in a book relaxing, hopefully somewhere warm!

Sharon Sorrell – your go to person for anything meeting related – registration, travel, agendas, etc.  Sharon started with Ed Lemco in 1996 as the receptionist and traffic log coordinator.  Faxing traffic log reports every week used to take one full day!  When the opportunity to work on composite groups came up; she jumped on it. She helped migrate members from hand written and faxed data entry to uploading the data in the portal and now she helps set them up for success in their meetings. On her time off she likes to go for walks and spend time bicycling and hiking with her husband, Nathan.  She also loves animals.

Manager of 20-Clubs

Dawn grew up in Columbus, Ohio with 2 brothers that she loved and often competed with.  What ever the boys were doing,  she was determined to do just a bit better.  She leaned to ride dirt bikes at the age of 8 because she had to keep up with her bothers. Now her bothers are trying to keep up with her!

After moving to Michigan in 1989, she quickly realized that Michigan was the place she would call home. Over the years Dawn has produced positive results in retail management, business management and sales.  She sold motorcycles for Harley-Davidson for 10 years as a top sales person.  The fiery competition with her brothers aided in her success in sales and leadership.

At the age of 18 David crossed the Canadian/US border on his 1978 Honda 750 Four heading for the American Dream. With $262 Canadian in his pocket, he was not quite sure what that dream was going to look like. He knew it involved powersports.

He quickly found himself living in Boulder, Colorado working for Colorado National Bank. His financial background, love for motorcycles and his entrepreneurial spirit spurred him to open a Motorcycle Rental and Tour company in Denver. He then had the great fortune to work with Ed Lemco, Sam and Tony for a number of years before purchasing Green Mountain Harley-Davidson in Essex Junction, Vermont.

The success of Green Mountain HD allowed him to purchase Santa Fe Harley-Davidson and expand that dealership into a multi line operation. He recently sold his stores and took time out to develop a race team with the goal to tackle the famous Dakar Rally in 2023. The team headed to Saudi Arabia and was able to have one teammate be the first American in the history of the event (45 years) to cross the finish line and complete the event unassisted.

He credits his success to the power of a 20 Club and all the benefits that surround a group of dealers who have a willingness to change and push each other to be a better version of themselves. He has been married to his "bad-ass" wife for almost 20 years and now spends his time in Arizona and wherever the path leads.

I was born in Australia and grew up there, Bangladesh and Colorado. I entered the powersports industry in 1981 working at Fay Myers Motorcycle World in Denver where I started the F&I department. After ten years of working and attending college at night, I started wholesaling used bikes to Europe. This gig lasted six years at which time I bought Star City Motor Sports in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1997. This store carried five brands when I bought it and we were up to ten brands when I sold it in 2022. I also owned Platte River Harley-Davidson from 2016 to 2022.

I joined a Lemco 20-Club in 1998 and the benefits that we enjoyed were immediate. I still vividly remember my first meeting and how the lights went on. I thought I knew everything and in fact I knew next to nothing. I was so pleased with the resulting growth in sales, profits, processes, and quality of life improvements and I want to help other dealers in the same way.

Retirement has given me the time to pursue my sports and hobbies. I’m an avid off-road motorcycle rider and I’m lately also enjoying adventure riding around the world. I absolutely love skiing, especially in the backcountry and mountain climbing around the world. Perhaps my most notable climb was summiting Mt Everest in 2016.

I’ve been happily married for 34 years and we have three adult kids. My older daughter is my ski buddy and my son is my riding buddy.
