- Exit and 5-Year Strategy Development: We are NOT simply brokers looking to take a fee from selling a business you’ve built. Our focus is to maximize the attractiveness and value of your business so that you retain the value of your investment. And when/if you decide it’s time to sell or create a true succession plan, we will work with you to market your business and utilize our network to accomplish your stated goals.
- Acquisition Target Evaluation: Looking to grow, we can help you identify, qualify and properly value acquisition targets. Again, we are not brokers and are not looking to maximize fees from an acquisition. We are your advisor and can also be your negotiators in any deal, having both the legal and transactional backgrounds to do so.
- HR/Benefits: Through our network of third-party providers, we can dramatically reduce the burden of administration of HR/Benefits for dealers. In our experience we have been able to eliminate on-site and company level HR management costs.
- Dealership Insurance: We will evaluate your current insurance costs and coverages and provide access to industry experts on optimizing your coverages while reducing your annual costs.
- CC Processing: Through our network of third-party providers, we can dramatically reduce the cost of CC processing. Reducing these fees has a direct impact on bottom line profitability without passing costs on to your customers.
- Operation Metrics/Scorecards: The highest performing dealerships manage daily through their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We provide an online tool that will allow your department managers and General Managers access to KPI performance in real time. Additionally, we will monitor your scorecards for completeness and provide specific action plans for improvement on an as-needed basis.
- Operational structure: Organization structures tend to grow over time leading to excess payroll and benefits costs draining profitability from your business. We will work with you on a clean sheet approach to roles and staffing to ensure your store is both efficiently and effectively staffed for success.
