  • NOW OPEN FOR 2025/2026 Cohort - General Manager Training Academy (GMTA) is the most intensive, comprehensive and fulfilling educational program in the powersports and marine industries. We intend to take the student to a new level of understanding and responsibility. From composite reviews and business plans to management development and best practices, GMTA is the investment that you have been looking for. This full-year program will include both in-person training sessions and online check-in sessions.
    2025 - 2025 Cohort Dates:  Feb. 25-28 2025, June 17-19 2025, Oct. 20-22 2025 and Feb. 15-17 2026. Enrollment into this program mandates your attendance on each of those in-person sessions, which will be held in Denver, Colo. Additional follow-ups with individuals and sponsors also will be held over the year-long program.   
  • NOW OPEN FOR 2024/2025 Cohort - Sales Manager Training Academy (SMTA) is an all-inclusive, deep dive into what it takes to be a manager of the most profitable department in the dealership. From Finance and Insurance and transferring enthusiasm to the selling process and management development, SMTA will make the metal move. Fall 2024 dates for the SMTA are Nov. 20-22, Jan. 14-16, 2025, and March 18-20, 2025.

  • NOW OPEN FOR MAY 2024 START - Service Manager Training Academy (SvMTA) is the next step for your current or future service manager. The cutting-edge curriculum focuses on developing your manager, understanding how to schedule, growing your service writers, and creating a long-term growth plan for your service department.
    This is an online program that starts IN May and continues each week for 13 consecutive weeks. Enrollment into this program mandates your attendance on each of the trainings, which will include online and offline work.

    Service Advisor Update Training (May/June 2024 Cohort) - Live Online Training - APPLICATION OPEN NOW

    Description
    Get your service advisors up to speed with these weekly 1 hour training sessions. Each session will be taught live online and will cover each of the 4 steps of the service sales process. Registration is $800 per dealership and that fee allows for any number of attendees from each registered store. Dates, times and agendas of each session are listed below. Session location links will be provided to each participating dealer 30 minutes prior to the start of each training session.

      MTA Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

      In the event that a student has to cancel for any reason, the monies paid can only be used for a future MTA class.  For SMTA, GMTA, and FMTA:

      • If cancellation occurs prior to class starting, 100% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class
      • If cancellation occurs after 1st session before session 2, 60% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class
      • If cancellation occurs after 2nd session before session 3, 35% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class
      • If cancellation occurs after 3rd session before session 4, 10% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class

      Service Online MTA Cancellation

      In the event that a student has to cancel for any reason, the monies paid can only be used for a future MTA class

      • If cancellation occurs prior to class starting, 100% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class
      • If cancellation occurs after 1st session before session 3, 80% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class
      • If cancellation occurs after 3rd session before session 6, 60% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class
      • If cancellation occurs after 6th session before session 9, 40% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class
      • If cancellation occurs after 9th session before session 12, 20% of the MTA funds will be applied to a future MTA class
      • If cancellation occurs after 12th session, no monies will be applied to future MTA class
