An ever-expanding list of federal regulations is making it more challenging for powersports dealerships to remain compliant with today’s requirements. For dealerships that fail to keep up with these changes, there is a real threat of being held legally responsible and being burdened with a financially crippling judgement.

Garage Composites has created a product specific to this need.  This product, offered through the online training platform of Wheelhouse College, our Industry Partner, is a comprehensive, video-based, compliance training program that meets these regulations – a first for the powersports industry.

Federal guidelines mandate that powersports dealerships designate a staff member to oversee compliance matters for their store. This staff member, often called a compliance manager, needs to be trained, according to the federal requirements.  The new Garage Composites’ compliance product provides this crucial training through the unique online learning management system of Wheelhouse College. 

The format includes both video training and in-dealership projects that provide store-specific manuals for dealership policies. These policies cover the sales and F&I departments as well as other key areas affected by federal regulations but not commonly addressed by dealerships, including marketing and service department activities.

The program’s educational material comes from Garage Composites’ extensive work with leading compliance experts across many industries.
